watermelon daiquiri

Ingredients

  • handful of ice cubes
  • 50 ml white rum
  • 25 ml watermelon liqueur or gin (possibly with a watermelon flavour)
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 100 g watermelon (cleaned), plus a wedge to garnish or a strawberry, nice too

Preparation

Place a handful of ice in a blender suitable for crushing ice, along with the rum, watermelon liqueur, lime juice and watermelon flesh. Blend it together smooth.

Fill a tall glass with some ice cubes, pour the daiquiri over it and garnish with a slice of watermelon. cheers!
